PURCHASES
When you submit an order from our online store, we will make all diligent efforts to get your merchandise to you in a timely manner. Most items are in stock and we will ship within 2 - 3 business days.

EXCHANGES
In the event something is wrong with your merchandise, we will order you a replacement at NO COST TO YOU. Just contact us and tell us what is wrong, and we will take it from there.

REFUNDS
In the event that the item you ordered does not meet your needs, you may return the item within 30 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

SPECIAL ORDERS
If the item that you ordered is not in stock or is to be delivered direct from our manufacturing facility, it is considered a SPECIAL ORDER. There are NO REFUNDS on special orders. SPECIAL ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED. If the special order is damaged, we will order you a replacement for you at NO COST TO YOU.
